About the event

Join Becky Hardy for a butterfly field trip at Kachina Wetlands Preserve in Flagstaff. We will walk approximately 1.5 miles on a mostly flat, sun-covered trail, looking for fall and other expected butterfly species. Some possible species observations include: Monarch, Checkered white, Orange sulphur, Painted lady, Field crescent.


Bring the following: binoculars and/or camera, hat, sturdy shoes, sunscreen, hydration and a snack. This event is open to everyone! A $5 donation per person is appreciated to support BENA’s efforts.
