Butterflies need your help! Join BENA for this important community science event. NABA Butterfly Counts invite community members to participate on a count team that is designated specific locations within a 15-mile diameter count circle.

This event is free and no butterfly experience is required. This is a great opportunity to help butterflies and learn more about them.

Registration is required to be assigned a team lead, no later than Thursday, May 7th. When registering, please include your full name, phone number, and your preferred level of hiking and whether you can participate all day, half day or a couple of hours. This information is important in determining the best team assignment.

To register, contact count compiler, Becky at azbutterflygirl@outlook.com. For more information about this count and our NABA Cottonwood Count, visit BENA’s Butterfly Counts page.
